Nubefone is an app that allows you to call anywhere in the world at the lowest prices.

Nubefone works with regular line calls, which means that you will not have to be online during the call, this way you will always be able to call with the best quality, at any time.

Nubefone uses a calling system named callback:

1. You dial a number or a contact from the app.
2. The app automatically connects to our servers, requesting your call.
3. The nearest nubefone’s server calls your phone.
4. Your phone rings and you pick the call.
5. Nubefone connects you with the person you are calling (you start listening to the calling tone).

Although you can call anywhere in the world with Nubefone, you can only sing up with phone numbers that belong to one of these countries:

Nubefone uses a recall system, when you call a phone number, you receive a call from the nearest Nubefone server from you, and when you pick up, nubefone connects you with the contact you want to talk to.

To be able to start talking, you must pick up Nubefone’s call first.

Even though the voice transmission does not require any data, in order to start the call, the app needs to contact with Nubefone’s servers, this communication its set through internet data.

Once the call is established, no more internet data will be required, you can even close the app and the call will keep going until you hang up.

Your phone number will show up on the call receiver phone, just like it would if you were calling directly.

Inside our app, right next to every phone number there is a blue icon with a price label shape that, when tapped, it shows the exact price rate for that number.

No, if the call receiver is not available you will not be charged.

Nubefone Business is for companies where a group of employees make international calls and want to have a control of all Nubefone accounts and their balances.

Accounts limits can be established and even live calls can be seen through Nubefone Business interface.

Nubefone Family is an option that allows you to add up to 10 more users to your account. You will only need to add funds once and your balance will be shared with all users. You can also set usage limits for each user.

Open your Nubefone app and select «More» > «Nubefone Family» in the menu. Then click on the button «Add users» and follow the instructions.

Yes, you can add users from other countries to your account. Remember that these users must have a mobile phone number from one of the 47 countries where Nubefone is currently available.

No, you don’t. Your mobile phone provider will probably charge you for Nubefone entry calls if you are outside your country.

Roaming is an extra charge from your mobile phone provider that occurs when you use your SIM card outside its network. It’s applied in calls, messages and data access.

However, there are situations in roaming when the incoming calls price is cheaper than outgoing calls, then Nubefone can help you saving money.
